3. Complete the information on Check out to finish your purchase
4. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
5. In the next 24 hours, I will personally send you an email to let you know when your order will ship.

How do You Track Your Package
When your package leaves our studio, you will get an email with your shipping tracking number. Your shipping tracking number allows you to follow your shipment itinerary until it gets in your hands.
We use USPS First Class. It normally takes two business days from the time of shipping to the package arriving at your door.
* Order in the USA are COMPLEMENTARY! It is our thank to you for choosing our studio.
* International shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. You will find the most cost-efficient shipping rates with our InExpress affiliated program!
All transactions are made through a secure portal by Shopify processing. You can choose to use PayPal as well.
We stand behind our work.
Our silversmith jewelry work has a Lifetime Warranty. Unless you lose the entire piece, you will have your jewelry repair with no extra cost.
Refund & Exchange Policy
When you receive your package, please open immediately. If you find any problems with your order, contact the studio. We will refund your money if you see something wrong with the item you purchase. However, you need to contact the studio within five business days after you receive your package and piece must be in the same condition it arrived. Your money will be refunded after we receive the return item. Customer pays for return shipping fee.Other Policies
