How Our Gift Cards Work

After Purchase

When you purchase a gift card, the recipient will receive an email containing their unique gift card code and any personal message you've included. You'll also receive a confirmation email with the gift card details. The gift card can be used immediately online or at any of our locations.

Using a Gift Card with a Higher Purchase Amount

If the recipient's purchase total exceeds the gift card value, they can pay the difference at checkout with another payment method. For example, if they have a $50 gift card and their order totals $75, the gift card will cover $50, and they can pay the remaining $25 with a credit card or another payment method.

Using a Gift Card with a Lower Purchase Amount

If the recipient's purchase is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for future use. For instance, if they use a $100 gift card for a $60 purchase, they'll have $40 remaining on the card. The remaining balance will be shown on their receipt and can be used for their next purchase—there's no expiration on the balance.

How to Retrieve and Use Your Gift Card

The gift card code is sent via email to the recipient. To use it, enter the gift card code at checkout in the payment section. The code can be used for multiple purchases until the full balance is depleted.
